Senior Business Analyst – Oracle R12, Enterprise Applications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collect, assess, and document both business and functional requirements.

• Conduct interviews with stakeholders and convert requirements into functional specifications.

• Assist with application development, testing, implementation, and production support tasks.

• Develop process flows, test plans, test cases, and related testing documentation.

• Collaborate with development teams and business users to provide functional solutions.

• Support Oracle business applications and troubleshoot production issues.

• Carry out User Acceptance Testing (UAT), integration testing, and defect tracking activities.

• Provide end-user training and create support documentation.

• Engage in change management and release processes.

• Manage multiple projects and effectively prioritize deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in business analysis within large enterprise settings.

• Proficiency in Oracle R12.

• Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.

• Functional understanding of P2P, OTC, Project Accounting, Inventory, WIP, or BOM.

• Familiarity with Visio and PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of testing methodologies, including test plans, test cases, and defect tracking.

• Ability to document business processes and create process flow maps.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Power Automate.

• Experience in supporting complex business applications and providing production support.
