Senior Business Analyst – Digital

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Map B2B Marketing workflows and pinpoint opportunities to enhance efficiency through automation and the use of Generative AI.

• Convert business challenges into structured workflows, journeys, automations, and intelligent agents.

• Design, organize, and supervise the implementation of AI use cases, virtual assistants, and integrations between systems (Martech).

• Serve as a strategic connector, collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Technology teams.

• Develop documentation for functional requirements, process flows, and executive presentations for new initiatives.

• Foster an AI culture within the department, tracking adoption rates, efficiency, and impact metrics.

• Investigate global trends and innovative AI tools applied in business contexts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, IT, or related fields, with a completed postgraduate specialization.

• Experience: Robust background in Marketing Operations (MKT Ops), Revenue Operations (RevOps), CRM, Marketing Automation, or Growth within the B2B sector.

• Artificial Intelligence: Advanced practical experience with Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar).

• Processes: Expertise in process mapping and managing digital transformation projects or innovation initiatives.

• Profile: Strong analytical capabilities, a keen focus on KPIs, proactive, and self-sufficient.

• Differentials (Desirable): Hands-on experience with automation/iPaaS tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, or Power Automate).

• Familiarity with established CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, RD Station, Bitrix, or similar).

• Experience in creating or configuring custom assistants or AI agents.

• Completion of courses or certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, Martech, or Digital Transformation.

• Prior experience in companies within the Technology sector.
