• 🚀 Exciting Opportunity | Senior Business Analyst

• 🔎 Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between business units and IT for the gathering, analysis, and translation of requirements;

• Analyze processes, pinpoint areas for improvement, and suggest solutions that align with strategic goals;

• Develop functional documentation, use cases, and technical specifications;

• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of deliverables and expectations;

• Assist in defining and tracking project metrics and KPIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• ✅ Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst;

• Experience in the electric/energy industry is a significant advantage;

• Proficient in process modeling (BPMN) and analysis tools;

• Strong communication and negotiation skills across various organizational levels;

• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);

• CBAP certification or an equivalent will be viewed favorably.
