This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a pipeline of AI automation opportunities identified through business unit intake, executive priorities, and direct stakeholder engagement.

• Convert ambiguous business challenges into clearly defined automation candidates with specific acceptance criteria.
• Monitor opportunity status, prioritization, and outcomes against initial projections.
• Create functional prototypes of proposed agents and automations utilizing modern AI tools (LLM coding assistants, agent frameworks, prompt and skill libraries).
• Validate or invalidate business cases by presenting a working version to stakeholders within days instead of quarters.
• Refine prototypes based on actual user feedback before committing to engineering resources.
• Generate demo-ready materials that facilitate executive decision-making.
• Transition validated prototypes to engineering with detailed specifications, success criteria, and stakeholder context.
• Provide monthly executive reports detailing pipeline health, current initiatives, and realized impacts.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews comparing anticipated to actual ROI; document insights to enhance future estimates.
• Ensure compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures, and mission statement.

• Over 5 years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, product operations, or analyst roles.
• Practical experience utilizing LLMs and agent tooling — including prompting, evaluations, and workflow orchestration. Candidates should be ready to discuss a prototype they have developed.
• Proficient in Python and SQL, capable of querying databases, parsing API responses, manipulating structured data, and debugging agent workflows — not required to write production backend code.
• Strong financial acumen, including ROI modeling, sensitivity analysis, and cost-benefit analysis frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with both executives and engineers.
• Natural curiosity and a proactive approach; able to operate with incomplete information, learn new tools independently, and act swiftly in ambiguous situations.

• Domain expertise in a compliance-intensive industry such as healthcare, financial services, or insurance is preferred.
• Background in product management, business operations, or technology consulting is preferred.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
• Experience in healthcare IT, SaaS, or highly regulated sectors is an advantage.
