This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee relationships with brand partners throughout activation phases, escalating strategic or commercial matters to senior leadership as necessary.
• Safeguard internal team capacity by proactively identifying misalignment in scope or unrealistic deadlines before they escalate.
• Perform post-campaign evaluations and convert data into engaging, client-ready presentations.
• Ensure compliance with internal project timelines and contribute to the documentation of processes.
• Assist in the creative development of new packages and materials for market introduction.
• Aid in identifying opportunities for upselling and renewing contracts with existing partners.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or project management.
• Strong understanding of the gaming industry, particularly user-generated content platforms.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
• Comfortable working across different time zones, with occasional travel required (3–5 times per year).
