Senior Brand Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• We are seeking a Senior Brand Designer to enhance Solflare’s presence across various platforms including campaigns, social media, presentations, events, merchandise, and both physical and digital experiences.

• You will manage project briefs from initial concept to final delivery, executing the majority of the work independently.

• Additionally, you will provide guidance and direction to freelancers or specialized partners when a project demands extra capacity or expertise.

• You will report to the Head of Design and collaborate within the Brand & Creative team, closely partnering with Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Design, and Operations.

• Please note that this position does not involve people management, is not a full-time art direction role, nor is it a rebranding effort. Solflare already possesses a strong brand identity; your role will be to thoughtfully extend it, creating new expressions and systems while maintaining the brand's recognizable elements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years of experience in brand, visual, or graphic design, supported by a portfolio that showcases both depth and variety.

• Outstanding skills in typography, composition, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.

• Experience working within an established identity system and effectively extending it, rather than merely applying existing templates.

• Proficiency in applying brand systems across various formats, such as campaigns, digital content, presentations, print, merchandise, or events.

• The capability to take ownership from brief through delivery, constructively challenge unclear or weak briefs, and make informed creative decisions.

• Professional proficiency in both written and spoken English.
