Brand Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and prioritize creative requests within the project management system to adhere to the deadlines established by the Art Director and Project Manager.

• Develop brand design assets for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and daily promotions.

• Design marketing communications for email, online shops, and various other channels.

• Engage in meetings with the Creative Team and Senior Creative Manager while collaborating with marketing stakeholders.

• Evaluate requests for retail locations, print materials, and specialized assets utilizing existing brand elements.

• Maintain and enhance evergreen discount and promotional asset libraries in collaboration with the Senior Creative Manager.

• Ensure that files conform to brand style guidelines and production specifications.

• Produce corporate, retail, and product brand deliverables for both print and digital formats.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–4 years of creative experience, either in-house or at an agency.

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates a diverse range of work.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to articulate problems and solutions effectively.

• A solution-oriented and collaborative approach to work.

• Ability to collaborate and work independently with varying levels of guidance and autonomy.

• Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

• In-depth knowledge of print, digital, and consumer packaged goods (CPG) best practices.

• A solid understanding of design principles and confident in self-editing.

• Experience working with printers and vendors for merchandise, CPG, signage, and related materials.

• Background check required.
