This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create engaging visual solutions that support enterprise branding, marketing, sales, and communication efforts.
• Convert intricate business, healthcare, and technology ideas into captivating visual narratives.
• Ensure that creative work aligns with Cotiviti’s brand standards and upholds high design quality.
• Contribute innovative ideas and concepts for campaigns, programs, and brand experiences.
• Design cohesive creative assets across digital platforms, websites, social media, presentations, events, print materials, infographics, emails, motion graphics, and executive communications.
• Develop executive presentations and sales materials that convey strategic business messages.
• Generate visual assets for product launches, campaigns, thought leadership, recruitment, and internal communications.
• Create light animations, motion graphics, and multimedia content.
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, UX/UI designers, cross-functional teams, and business stakeholders.
• Present design concepts and reasoning while integrating feedback.
• Enhance creative quality, consistency, and efficiency.
• Advocate for Cotiviti’s brand consistency across all visual communications.
• Assist in the development of brand guidelines, templates, and design systems.
• Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
• Provide informal mentorship to junior designers and foster a collaborative creative environment.
• Initially oversee 2 direct reports, with opportunities for team growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in graphic design, brand design, visual communications, or similar creative fields.
• Outstanding portfolio showcasing branding, digital design, presentations, campaigns, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects.
• High proficiency in Figma and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong grasp of typography, layout, color theory, information hierarchy, and brand systems.
• Experience in creating multi-touch executions across digital, experiential, and print media.
• Capability to manage multiple projects while ensuring quality and attention to detail.
• Comfortable presenting work and collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in developing executive presentations and business communications.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
• High levels of creativity, curiosity, accountability, and craftsmanship.
• Strong analytical, oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform daily tasks with minimal supervision.
• Must have a dedicated, secure workspace.
• Must provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and maintain an office setup.
• Experience in motion graphics, animation, illustration, or video editing is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, SaaS, or B2B is a plus.
