Brand Design Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create specific and detailed grading criteria tailored for brand and design outputs.

• Assess both AI-generated and human-created design work against the defined criteria.

• Deliver comprehensive written explanations for scores and evaluations.

• Evaluate visual quality, alignment with strategic goals, consistency, usability, and brand impact.

• Utilize consistent, evidence-based creative judgment to ensure evaluations are reproducible and defensible.

• Analyze typography, composition, hierarchy, color, branding, and visual communication according to professional benchmarks.

• Integrate feedback from senior reviewers to enhance evaluations.

• Recognize subtle design strengths, weaknesses, inconsistencies, and areas requiring improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in brand design, visual design, graphic design, or a closely related field.

• Experience in top-tier independent branding or design agencies is highly preferred.

• Background in organizations similar to leading global design studios and brand consultancies.

• Preference for agency experience rather than solely in-house or enterprise design team involvement.

• Proficiency in Creative Direction, Brand Design, Logo and Visual Identity Design, Web/UI/UX Design, or Graphic Design.

• Strong grasp of typography, layout and visual hierarchy, color theory and application, composition, logo development, brand identity systems, visual consistency, creative direction, and critique.

• Capability to express design feedback with clarity and a strategic perspective suitable for senior creative reviews.

• Excellent written communication abilities.

• Highly detail-oriented, consistent, and comfortable with reviewing and calibrating creative judgments.

• A portfolio showcasing relevant professional brand and design work is strongly preferred.

• Submission of a resume and professional background is required for application.

• Willingness to complete a brief design assessment or provide additional experience information if requested.
