This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Produce unique, non-commodity content that AI cannot replicate, utilizing insights from customer interviews and subject matter experts: including blogs, ghostwritten thought leadership pieces, original research, video scripts, and more.
• Enhance current webpages and copy to drive conversions and engagement.
• Evaluate success based on search visibility and conversion rates, rather than superficial metrics.
• Integrate SEO strategies, conversion copywriting, and growth marketing instincts.
• Leverage AI to generate the majority of initial drafts, then apply taste, editorial discretion, and audience insight to make the content unique to our brand.
• Cultivate a thorough understanding of our corporate learning audience and the broader industry landscape.
• Conduct research within the learning sector to support go-to-market messaging.
• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI related to content creation.
• Maintain grammatical precision, message clarity, and a consistent style and tone across all content.
• Track industry trends, current events, and best practices to provide recommendations for timely content creation.
• Operate in agile sprints, with data and results guiding priorities instead of adhering to a fixed content calendar.
• Perform ad-hoc content tasks as needed.
• A degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is essential.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in a corporate content role.
• Active integration of AI tools in your daily work processes.
• Strong editorial judgment; a natural storyteller capable of adapting key messages across various formats and channels.
• Comprehensive understanding and experience in content writing for diverse platforms (digital, social, print, etc.).
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and priorities while adhering to deadlines.
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as Claude, ClickUp, Google Analytics, Google Console, Ahrefs, etc.
• Experience writing within a corporate B2B context.
• A strong interest in contemporary trends and best practices in content creation.
