Senior Brand and Graphics Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance the company’s brand system, ensuring it remains clear, consistent, and distinctive across all internal and external interactions.

• Convert the company’s brand into engaging visual systems that span corporate, product, marketing, sales, and event projects.

• Update and refine brand guidelines, visual standards, iconography, and storytelling frameworks.

• Act as the lead designer for the organization, personally crafting a diverse range of assets that support Marketing, Sales, Learning & Development, and Executive Leadership initiatives.

• Serve as the initial point of creative support for key business initiatives, balancing strategic projects with a continuous stream of tactical production work.

• Collaborate closely with Sales teams to swiftly transform business requirements into polished, on-brand creative outputs.

• Work alongside Marketing and Product Marketing to create innovative assets that support various campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of design and creative leadership experience, preferably in B2B technology, SaaS, or complex service settings.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and managing brand systems across both digital and physical platforms.

• Proficiency with contemporary design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other collaborative design platforms.

• Strong organizational abilities with a knack for managing multiple projects and priorities concurrently.

• Interest or experience in AI design principles and solutions.

• Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with various departments.

• A systems-oriented mindset — capable of designing for scalability, governance, and measurable brand impact.

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com or similar) is advantageous.

• A portfolio showcasing brand systems, campaign projects, and digital design work is essential for consideration.
