This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Own the Stage: Lead significant brand activations for Polish brands from conception to implementation.

• Be the Connector: Serve as the central point of contact among internal teams, agencies, and partners to ensure every project runs smoothly, adheres to timelines, and meets objectives.

• Make Smart Moves: Oversee budgets, evaluate ROI, and identify strategic trade-offs that maximize impact without sacrificing quality.

• Innovate the Process: Develop more efficient working methods—refine workflows, share insights, and scale successful strategies to consistently elevate activation standards.

• Keep It HOLY: Embody our brand values in every experience, ensuring that each activation is authentic, bold, and unmistakably HOLY.

• Grow Partnerships: Build and nurture strong relationships with organizers, vendors, and partners to unlock premium opportunities and enhance our visibility.

• Scale the Success: Develop repeatable playbooks that optimize costs, increase efficiency, and establish benchmarks for future activations throughout Poland.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven event and activation expertise: A minimum of 3 years of experience managing brand activations, events, or experiential marketing—preferably within a consumer brand, agency, or high-growth startup setting.

• Master orchestrator: Demonstrated ability to successfully manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, tight deadlines, and substantial budgets.

• Exceptional communicator: Adapt your communication style seamlessly—whether rallying internal teams, negotiating with vendors, or presenting to leadership—while keeping everyone aligned and motivated.

• Budget-savvy operator: Strong capability to balance quality with cost, make informed budgetary decisions based on data, and ensure maximum ROI for each activation.

• Extraordinary problem solver: When challenges emerge (and they will), remain composed, think creatively, and discover solutions that keep projects on track without compromising quality.

• HOLY Squad champion: In-depth understanding of our community and consistent decision-making that prioritizes the HOLY Squad—because outstanding activations are built on genuine connections.

• Thrives under pressure: Maintain a positive, confident demeanor even in high-stress situations, with an energy that uplifts the team during challenging times.

• Fluent in Polish and English. Must be based in Poland.
