Head of Commercial – Event Agency, French Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Lead and nurture international business development and commercial teams.

• Establish and implement egg's global strategy for commercial growth.

• Identify key markets, sectors, clients, and opportunities.

• Create a data-driven commercial function with robust pipeline management, forecasting, qualification, and conversion practices.

• Initiate senior-level client discussions and support strategic opportunities.

• Foster a high-performance commercial culture centered on accountability, ownership, and results.

• Advocate for innovative working methods, including the use of AI, technology, and data to enhance commercial effectiveness.

• Collaborate with leadership teams to ensure that commercial priorities are in sync with broader business objectives.

• Manage commercial marketing materials, agency credentials, proposals, case studies, and market-facing content.

• Position egg as the preferred partner for global event and experiential programs across various sectors, including healthcare, technology, and automotive.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive commercial leadership experience within an event or experiential agency setting.

• Demonstrated success in driving international business growth through data-driven commercial decision-making.

• Experience in leading and developing high-performing commercial teams.

• Strong knowledge of pipeline management, agency economics, forecasting, commercial performance, and KPI-driven growth.

• Experience managing international and remote teams effectively.

• Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on when necessary.

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities.

• Proficient in English communication skills and at least conversational proficiency in French.
