This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee daily bookkeeping tasks, including managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accurate maintenance of financial records.
• Generate monthly financial reports and assist in monitoring cash flow.
• Aid in payroll processing and manage expenses effectively.
• Collaborate with external accountants for compliance, tax submissions, and year-end reporting.
• Enhance and maintain financial systems and processes.
• Provide administrative assistance to senior leadership, including calendar and email management.
• Organize meetings, appointments, and facilitate internal communications.
• Create reports, presentations, and various business documents.
• Assist in project coordination and follow up on tasks across teams.
• Manage ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as required.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Deliver efficient executive support that enhances leadership productivity.
• Promote strong coordination between finance and operations functions.
• Identify and implement process improvements proactively.
• Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping or accounting positions.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting practices.
• Proficient in using cloud-based accounting software (e.g., Xero or similar).
• Expertise in spreadsheets and financial data management.
• Previous experience as an executive assistant or in an administrative support capacity.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to work independently in a remote work environment.
• Preferred Experience.
• Background in a digital marketing or creative agency.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, project management tools, and CRM systems.
• Experience in multi-client or high-paced service environments.
