This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Managing daily bookkeeping activities
• Evaluating financial documents and facilitating bookkeeping functions within the team
• Acting as a professional liaison for clients concerning financial issues
• Ensuring tasks are completed accurately, punctually, and in alignment with client expectations and internal benchmarks
• Conducting monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and other accounts
• Accurately processing payroll in accordance with set timelines
• Assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Producing precise and timely financial statements, summaries, and supporting documents
• Engaging directly with clients about bookkeeping, invoicing, payments, reports, and financial documentation
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years of pertinent accounting or bookkeeping experience
• High proficiency in QuickBooks or a comparable accounting software platform
• Experience with bank reconciliations, payroll processing, financial reporting, and general ledger upkeep
• Background in coordinating bookkeeping tasks or reviewing the work of other team members
• Comfortable engaging directly with clients on financial topics
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and precision in financial recordkeeping
• Ability to work autonomously and maintain organization in a remote work setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Workspace
• Capable of managing confidential financial information with professionalism and discretion
