Senior Billing Compliance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Provide high-level support to the billing compliance program within the health system.

• Conduct intricate audits and spearhead data analytics initiatives.

• Act as a subject matter expert regarding billing, charging, and coding compliance.

• Collaborate with operational leaders and compliance executives.

• Contribute to the development of training materials and offer guidance on regulatory updates.

• Identify areas of systemic risk and assist in investigations.

• Suggest process enhancements that promote compliant billing practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess RECENT (within the last 3-5 years) experience in Epic HB or PB Billing Compliance.

• A minimum of 5 years in Healthcare Billing, Coding, or Compliance is required.

• Experience with the Audit Process and Data Analysis is preferred.

• Advanced understanding of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.

• Strong grasp of CMS billing guidelines, OIG work plan focus areas, and payer-specific policies.

• Proficient knowledge of Epic, charge router logic, clinical workflows, and charging methodologies.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and other relevant software is necessary.
