Senior BI Performance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, maintain, and improve performance dashboards and reports, ensuring the reliability, standardization, and accessibility of information to aid decision-making for Revenue Management, Commercial, and Operations.

• Conduct in-depth analyses of business indicators, identifying trends, opportunities, and performance variances, transforming data into actionable insights to enhance outcomes.

• Spearhead data consolidation and governance initiatives, ensuring data quality, integrity, and traceability across various systems and corporate data sources.

• Assist in strategic and budgetary planning by developing studies, simulations, and projections that help define targets and revenue drivers.

• Collaborate with business units to collect requirements, translating operational and strategic needs into suitable BI solutions and analytical models.

• Automate analytical processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, minimize manual tasks, and improve the scalability of the team’s outputs.

• Continuously track the performance of key indicators (KPIs), performing comparative analyses of actuals, forecasts, and budgets, and recommending corrective measures.

• Create executive presentations and ad hoc analyses, conveying results and findings clearly and succinctly to various organizational levels.

• Act as a technical resource for BI and data analysis tools, aiding the development of analysts and promoting best practices within the team.

• Ensure timely delivery and exceptional quality of outputs, prioritizing tasks based on business impact and strategic alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.

• Proficiency in SQL (Oracle and MySQL).

• Experience with Google Analytics and Data Studio.

• Advanced Excel skills.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Access.

• Experience with BI systems (Power BI and/or Qlik).

• Understanding of BI metrics and concepts.

• Experience in generating insights and creating/managing KPIs.

• Familiarity with survey tools (SurveyMonkey, QuestionPro, Google Forms, etc.).
