This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Address intricate business challenges by utilizing data from both internal and external sources to deliver insights to decision-makers.
• Establish the tools and methodologies necessary for converting data into meaningful insights.
• Shape the strategy of the department.
• Make critical decisions regarding the technical direction for various project components.
• Execute tasks independently and demonstrate significant autonomy in setting objectives and approaches to assignments.
• A Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of technical experience in data analysis OR a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Extensive experience handling large and complex data sets within substantial organizations.
• Proven experience in data analysis to address diverse business challenges and develop data visualizations that influence strategic direction.
• Strong proficiency in interpreting healthcare-related data.
• Familiarity with Star Schema and Source of Truth principles.
• Must be capable of working within the EST time zone.
• Preferred: An advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced skills in SQL, SAS, and other data management systems.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik for developing data visualizations.
• Expertise in data mining, forecasting, simulation, and predictive modeling.
• Proven experience in creating analytical solutions for various healthcare sectors.
