This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the daily management of health, welfare, and retirement plans.
• Administer equity compensation programs, with a particular emphasis on UARs and RSUs.
• Conduct thorough monthly invoice reconciliations; pinpoint root causes of discrepancies and implement sustainable solutions.
• Work closely with the Payroll team to ensure accurate benefit deductions, retroactive adjustments, and maintain data integrity.
• Create and sustain dashboards to track enrollment accuracy, billing variations, and equity activities to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Guarantee full compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA regulations. Assist with annual filings, audits, and evaluations of vendor performance.
• Actively seek opportunities to automate or refine workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in benefits administration or analysis.
• Direct, hands-on experience in supporting equity compensation plans (such as UARs and RSUs).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (familiarity with XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formulas is essential).
• Experience with HRIS and benefits enrollment platforms.
• Comprehensive knowledge of benefits compliance and federal/state regulations.
• Capability to convert complex benefit or equity data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
• A reliable and stable internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber wired internet service with a minimum of 10 Mbps plan for primary connection).
• PC headset.
• A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
• Work-from-home setup.
