Senior Batch Developer – UNIX, C, SQL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in sessions for gathering requirements to create Requirement Specification and Design Documents that align with business objectives.

• Develop time estimates and rationales for assigned tasks.

• Write, test, debug, implement, and document moderately complex to complex technical programs.

• Participate in and lead peer reviews as necessary.

• Assess existing systems and programs to propose potential improvements.

• Collaborate with clients and management to offer technical consulting on intricate programming projects, validate program requirements, and identify and resolve issues that may occur.

• Offer leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in application development projects.

• More than 4 years of experience with C programming and proficiency in Pro*C.

• At least 4 years of experience working in a Unix or Linux environment.

• Over 4 years of experience with relational databases.

• Strong expertise in batch development, job automation, and notification services.

• Experience in creating specifications and design documentation, including the utilization of UML diagrams.

• Preferred experience in the healthcare/Medicaid sector.
