Senior Backend Software Engineer – Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining integrations with both internal and external products, efficiently managing a significant volume of events processed through RD Station’s APIs.

• You will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team consisting of 4–6 engineers, a Product Manager, a Product Designer, and a Team Leader, contributing to the ongoing delivery of robust and scalable solutions by utilizing the Kanban methodology to promote agility and quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in backend development, ideally with the languages and frameworks utilized at RD Station.

• Strong understanding of software architecture, Clean Code principles, SOLID principles, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and Design Patterns.

• Proven experience in building and consuming REST APIs, as well as handling events at scale.

• Proficiency in agile methodologies, with a particular focus on Kanban.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage in multidisciplinary teams.
