Senior Backend Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will collaborate closely with the technical lead, engaging in tasks throughout the entire development lifecycle: from data modeling and API design to the integration of external interfaces and the optimization of backend processes.

• Implementation of features in the backend using technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Python, Go, or similar languages.

• Data processing and integration of interfaces (e.g., with external APIs or Excel/CSV systems).

• Setup and maintenance of internal tools or small web modules.

• Contribution to data structures, logging, scalability, and code quality.

• Close collaboration with product and technology teams to convert requirements into clear technical actions.

• Active involvement in the ongoing development of our AI-supported applications and automation systems.

• Strong proficiency in a modern backend language (Node.js, PHP, Python, Go, or similar).

• Knowledge of data formats (JSON, CSV, Excel) and effective data processing techniques.

• Basic familiarity with DevOps or Cloud concepts (e.g., Docker, Monitoring, API Design).

• A structured and independent working style – you prefer to avoid incomplete solutions.

• A readiness to take on responsibility and explore new subjects.

• A passion for artificial intelligence and a desire to effectively incorporate new technologies into our platform.
