• Work with unclear or ambiguous requirements to collaboratively clarify solutions with the product team, stakeholders, and other team members.

• Develop incremental solutions alongside the product team focused on ongoing improvement and delivery of applications.

• Prioritize automated testing and end-to-end (E2E) testing to guarantee application stability.

• Monitor and respond to incidents impacting applications in production.

• Lead projects, ensuring that deliveries align with estimated timelines.

• Mentor team members technically and serve as a role model.

• Engage in recruitment processes for engineers at the same level or junior levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Professional experience in software engineering with Java or Kotlin.

• Experience in designing and developing distributed systems.

• Familiarity with technologies such as Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar.

• Experience with both relational and non-relational databases.

• Understanding of AI tools (Artificial Intelligence).

• Strong and effective communication skills.

• Advanced/Fluent English proficiency.

• Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.

• Knowledge of gRPC, Protocol Buffers, or similar technologies.
