Senior Backend Software Developer

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with microservices architecture;

• Proficient in backend development using Java/Kotlin and Node.js;

• Strong grasp of software architecture, development best practices, and cloud services (AWS);

• Familiarity with messaging and event-driven architecture, including Kafka and AWS (SNS/SQS);

• Demonstrated experience managing systems in production and overseeing the operation and optimization of large-scale applications;

• Meticulous attention to code quality and standardization, ensuring readability, scalability, and performance, including the implementation of testing protocols and documentation;

• Understanding of agile methodologies such as Kanban, including roles, ceremonies, and artifacts;

• Capacity to engage in technical discussions, explore solutions, and make sound decisions for the team;

• Eagerness to investigate and suggest new technologies and process improvements, consistently aiming to enhance team operations.
