Senior Backend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• ERP Data Connector Specialist: You will be responsible for implementing connectors to retrieve ERP data, effectively creating a pathway to a wealth of information. Additionally, you must ensure that this data is highly available.

• Backend API Master: Your role will involve implementing or upgrading backend APIs to meet new requirements, akin to crafting a custom fit.

• ERP Data Storage Maestro: You will oversee the data storage within the ERP system, managing all related enhancements as if it were your own domain.

• Business-Tech Liaison: You will possess a deep understanding of business requirements.

• Service Maintenance and Upgrade Champion: You will maintain our existing services and engage in continuous upgrades.

• Global Team Player: Collaborate seamlessly with our teams in the US, Singapore, and China.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields, with over 10 years of backend experience.

• A robust foundation in computer science and programming skills, with familiarity in common data structures and algorithms.

• Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Go or Python.

• Experience with one of the following open-source components: MySQL, Redis, Message Queue, or NoSQL.

• Familiarity with ElasticSearch or Spark (for the Data Feeds Team).

• Experience in designing and developing large-scale distributed systems (for the Infrastructure Team).

• Strong logical analysis skills, with the ability to abstract and decompose business logic effectively.

• Exposure to cloud infrastructure technologies, such as Kubernetes, Docker, Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Familiarity with ERP systems.
