Senior Backend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in backend or full stack development (e.g., Go (*Preferred)*, TypeScript, Java, Python, or Ruby)

• Experience with Postgres, Redis, and AWS is preferred, but not mandatory.

• A keen interest in system thinking — including their life cycles, edge cases, interactions, and failure modes.

• A self-motivated individual capable of independent work.

• Background in fintech, payments, processing, card networks, banking, or early-stage startups is advantageous but not essential.

• A strong passion for financial inclusion and mobility.
