Senior Backend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

• Develop high-scale, secure, multi-tenant services that transform our real-time transcription engine into AI-enhanced workflows and assistants utilized by legal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of hands-on backend development experience in a high-scale production setting.

• Strong expertise in Python, REST APIs, and Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).

• Extensive experience in designing and constructing distributed, cloud-native microservices.

• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing.

• Comprehensive understanding of system design, scalability, availability, and performance optimization.

• Practical experience with AI-powered development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).

• Significant advantage if you possess practical experience with AI infrastructure, including RAG, Agentic frameworks, Langfuse, and LiteLLM.

• Ability to take ownership and manage projects from start to finish, working proactively, independently, and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Capability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
