Senior Backend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Participate in all stages of development from design to the production of a dynamic hybrid/cloud-native product.

• Create high-quality, testable, and efficient code utilizing Go and Typescript.

• Propose and advocate for innovative ideas to enhance the functionality of the product.

• Collaborate closely with other team members and provide mentorship to new team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Substantial real-world experience in developing software for production systems.

• A strong Can-Do attitude.

• Practical experience and expertise in Go (preferred), Java, Python, or any other backend-oriented language.

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services.

• Exposure to and experience with CI/CD/DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, and monitoring technologies.

• Capability to take initiative, define work scope to deliver value iteratively, make impactful design decisions, and drive tasks to completion.

• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong testing capabilities, including consideration for both automated testing and monitoring to enhance team efficiency and the reliability of production services.
