Senior Backend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.

📋 Description

• Development of the backend for an AI agent platform and related microservices.

• Engage in the architecture setup and technology selection.

• Remain informed about advancements and frameworks in AI agent technologies, while conducting research and experimentation.

• Enhance and optimize aspects of the platform associated with agent creation, quality assessment, and performance under load.

• Collaborate closely with platform clients, consider their feedback, and contribute to the development of a user-friendly product.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of backend engineering experience, including at least 2 years with Golang and 2 years with Python.

• Experience with AI agent frameworks such as Langchain, Langgraph, or ADK is a plus.

• Familiarity with building or integrating LLM-based features and agent-centric architectures is advantageous.

• Experience in machine learning, including model training and evaluation, as well as implementation in production, is a significant plus.

• Proven experience in developing scalable, distributed systems and working with high-load architectures.

• Strong understanding of backend tools and technologies, as we utilize PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, GitLab, and a microservices architecture.

• Experience in creating internal tools, automation, CRM systems, and similar applications.

• A keen interest in writing clean, testable, and maintainable code.

• A proactive approach and the capability to work independently.

• Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
