Senior Backend Engineer – Alerting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

• Lead projects from the initial concept stage through to operational deployment for customers.

• Participate in your team’s on-call rotations and take responsibility for the services you manage.

• Acquire new skills by deepening your understanding of our cloud products and the codebase of a large distributed system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience with at least one programming language. We primarily use Go, but familiarity with Python, Java, C++, Rust, or similar languages is beneficial.

• Some experience in delivering projects, from requirement gathering and brainstorming to product shipping.

• Some background in developing software for the Cloud or systems engineering.

• Proven experience writing clean, maintainable, and efficient software that can be easily handled by others.
