This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Take charge of the design, architecture, and delivery of backend services and APIs utilizing C# and .NET.
• Influence backend technical direction, encompassing service design, data modeling, and infrastructure choices.
• Ensure production reliability by implementing monitoring, alerting, debugging, and incident management.
• Create systems that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Work collaboratively with frontend engineers and product stakeholders to provide comprehensive solutions.
• Lead code reviews and promote engineering best practices throughout the team.
• Mentor engineers and enhance the overall capability and standards of the team.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks and system inefficiencies.
• Contribute to and refine CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Actively engage in architectural discussions and technical roadmap development.
• Manage services in production, including monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
• Over 5 years of backend engineering experience with a proven track record of system ownership.
• Expert-level skills in C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core, with experience in designing and developing Web APIs and Minimal APIs.
• Strong background with Entity Framework Core and advanced LINQ.
• Extensive experience with relational databases (MSSQL), focusing on performance tuning and query optimization.
• Practical experience with message brokers like RabbitMQ for developing event-driven and asynchronous systems.
• Deep expertise in designing and implementing complex system integrations across various platforms.
• Strong proficiency in RESTful API design, API versioning, and contract management.
• Extensive experience integrating with Salesforce APIs, including object modeling, data synchronization, workflow automation, and intricate third-party system integration scenarios.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data structures, including standard and custom objects, relationship mapping, authentication flows, and API constraints.
• Strong knowledge of API security, encompassing OAuth flows, token management, rate limiting, access control, secure data exchange, and data protection strategies.
• Significant experience with Azure (preferred), AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Docker and cloud-native services such as App Services, Functions, and related platform features.
• Proven track record in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Strong experience with unit and integration testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, or similar).
• Deep understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, OpenID Connect, JWT).
• Excellent English communication skills (upper-intermediate or higher).
• Availability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
