Senior Backend Developer – Java

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create backend solutions in Java, with an emphasis on modernizing the SAP commission system.

• Design and develop RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration across systems.

• Establish and implement architectural patterns and best practices utilizing Spring.

• Perform technical code reviews, working collaboratively to uphold system quality.

• Assist in integrating DevOps processes, which include deployment automation and application monitoring.

• Execute database optimizations and tuning to enhance performance and availability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced expertise in Java development along with experience in the Spring framework.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.

• Familiarity with relational database integration (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).

• Strong understanding of backend architecture principles and patterns.

• Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git).

• Experience in executing and monitoring basic CI/CD pipelines.
