Senior Backend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage our web application.

• Design and oversee our data architecture – including schema and table design, relationships, indexing, and optimization of queries and loads to support system growth.

• Create queues, background processes, and long-running workflows that remain accurate and dependable under high load conditions.

• Participate in architectural decisions, contribute to the direction of our technology stack, and shape the overarching product vision.

• Construct resilient pipelines for document and email processing, as well as third-party integrations that can accommodate volume surges effectively.

• Develop and enhance agents for our expanding template library.

• Enrich our RAG/knowledge base system with embeddings, semantic search, and reranking capabilities.

• Work within an AI-first development environment powered by Claude/Cursor.

• Oversee version control and team collaboration using GitHub.

• A completed degree in business informatics or computer science, OR relevant programming or automation experience.

• Proficient English skills for clear communication within the team.

• Knowledge of German is not required.

• Strong technical understanding and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to perform well under performance pressure.

• Quick learner with a disciplined approach to work.
