Senior Backend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain essential tools that enhance feature squad workflows, facilitating quicker and safer development throughout the platform.

• Lead the migration of remaining monolithic components to assist our transition to a microservices architecture.

• Guarantee comprehensive test coverage (unit and integration) for vital services to ensure continuous delivery and operational reliability.

• Influence the platform’s architecture by engaging in technical discussions and contributing to decision-making processes.

• Enhance CI/CD artifacts to boost squad efficiency and ensure smooth deployment workflows.

• Implement best practices to optimize existing code, enhancing its efficiency, security, and maintainability.

• Suggest initiatives and design solutions aimed at driving improvements within the squad, overseeing their implementation.

• Strengthen our observability capabilities to ensure the continuity and health of various domains within the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in backend development, with a minimum of 2 years in C# and .NET Core.

• Strong expertise in REST APIs, ASP.NET Core, and associated technologies.

• Proficient in unit testing, integration testing, and SOLID principles.

• Solid understanding of Domain-Driven Design and its architectural implications.

• Experience with Entity Framework and MSSQL.

• Excellent analytical abilities to comprehend complex code and its architectural significance.

• Proficient in both spoken and written English to communicate effectively with teams.
