Senior Backend Developer – API Design, Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and manage scalable services and data pipelines.

• Create production-ready APIs and microservices.

• Work closely with architecture, data engineering, and product teams.

• Engage in code reviews, mentor colleagues, and influence architectural decisions.

• Advanced expertise in Python.

• Practical experience with the FastAPI framework.

• Strong skills in object-oriented design.

• Significant hands-on experience with Domain-Driven Design principles.

• Proficient in SQL, particularly with PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server.

• Solid hands-on experience in designing and working with Neo4j graph databases.

• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of the OWASP Top 10 for secure coding practices.

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
