Senior Backend AI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain our web application.

• Participate in architectural choices, the evolution of our technology stack, and the overarching product vision.

• Create and enhance robust pipelines for document and email processing, as well as third-party integrations that effectively manage volume surges.

• Develop and refine agents for our expanding template library.

• Expand our RAG/knowledge-base system, focusing on embeddings, semantic search, and re-ranking.

• Work within an AI-driven development environment utilizing Claude/Cursor.

• Oversee version control and team collaboration through GitHub.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in business informatics or computer science, or relevant programming or automation experience.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a full-stack developer.

• Proficient English skills for effective communication within the team.

• Proficiency in German is not a prerequisite.

• Capability to perform effectively under pressure.

• Quick learner with a disciplined approach to work.
