Senior Back-end Java Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in software development by writing code to create applications, programs, and software systems according to project specifications and requirements.

• Conduct testing on the developed software, identifying and resolving issues, bugs, and code defects to ensure quality delivery, adhere to deadlines, and maintain client (Certsys) satisfaction.

• Document the developed code to facilitate future maintenance and updates of the products.

• Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

• Create high-quality software solutions, ensuring that the code is efficient, scalable, and maintainable.

• Investigate and implement new technologies to enhance software performance and efficiency.

• Monitor and manage systems in production to identify problems and implement effective solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

• Intermediate proficiency in programming languages is preferred.

• Intermediate understanding of frameworks and technologies is preferred.

• Advanced knowledge of databases is preferred.

• Advanced familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.

• Experience with version control repositories (e.g., Git) is preferred.

• Experience with cloud platforms is preferred.
