This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Create and implement scalable and dependable backend solutions

• Perform technical research and contribute to system architecture

• Collaborate with various teams to deliver optimal solutions

• Engage in code reviews and architectural discussions

• Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient code

• Manage the lifecycle of backend services, including deployment and monitoring

• Guide engineers and advocate for best engineering practices

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong skills in software system design and architectural comprehension

• Proven experience with event-driven systems and production environments

• In-depth knowledge of Go and Python ecosystems

• Extensive SQL expertise, including schema design and optimization for high-load systems

• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with Kubernetes or similar orchestration tools and cloud platforms

• Understanding of both synchronous and asynchronous communication patterns

• Knowledge of microservices architecture patterns

• Experience in designing observability strategies, including logging, metrics, and tracing
