Senior Back-End Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

• Create, develop, test, and launch sophisticated software solutions that influence millions of investors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

• At least 4 years of experience in software development, ideally in distributed systems or full-stack architecture.

• Highly skilled in one or more programming languages such as Java, C, Go, or Python.

• Strong understanding of Kafka, Redis, Cassandra, and MySQL; experience in tuning and query optimization is a plus.

• Proficient in deploying applications to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and on-premise environments.

• Familiarity with the FIX (Financial Information eXchange) protocol is an added advantage.

• Capable of working independently with minimal guidance, taking responsibility for their work, and demonstrating self-motivation.

• Enthusiastic about technology and software development, with a continuous desire to learn.
