Senior Back-End Developer, Java

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and develop databases.

• Create, enhance, and maintain backend services utilizing Java 11+ and Spring Boot.

• Construct and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.

• Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps teams, and product teams to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

• Implement database solutions (SQL/NoSQL) and optimize queries for handling high-volume processing.

• Adhere to best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and security.

• Monitor application performance and resolve production issues.

• Engage in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture design.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior developer with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.

• Strong command of Java 8/11+, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.

• Experience with microservices, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Proficient in databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.

• Familiar with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

• Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication abilities.

• Advanced/Fluent English proficiency.
