Senior Back-End Developer – Java

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the ongoing advancement of pricing systems, ensuring enhanced efficiency, scalability, and precision in business rules.

• Guarantee the creation of scalable, resilient, and highly available systems that offer fault tolerance, decoupling, and efficiency in distributed environments.

• Embrace and advocate for contemporary architectural patterns (such as Hexagonal Architecture and a Contract-First approach) to assure effective decoupling, maintainability, and clear service orchestration.

• Ensure comprehensive quality of the ecosystem through test automation and adherence to software design and coding best practices.

• Engage actively with colleagues and other stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with the architecture of distributed systems and microservices.

• Proficient in Java 11 or later versions.

• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Data (ORM), and Spring Security.

• Familiarity with microservice orchestration using Apache Camel.

• Understanding of both relational and non-relational databases.

• Experience with messaging systems like RabbitMQ, Kafka, and GCP Pub/Sub.

• Proficient in using JUnit for unit testing.

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.

• Familiarity with observability tools including Grafana and Datadog.

• Experience with Docker for application containerization.
