Senior Back-End Developer, Golang

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Architecture & Development: design, implement, and sustain robust, scalable, and high-performance backend services utilizing Golang and PostgreSQL.

• Frontend Integration: engage in frontend architecture using React, ensuring effective state management and component-driven design.

• AI Innovation: incorporate AI coding assistants (such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor) into your regular workflow, employing agentic concepts to translate complex architectural objectives into actionable AI prompts.

• Real-Time Technology Implementation: leverage high-performance communication protocols (gRPC, WebRTC) to facilitate seamless, real-time data flow.

• Quality Assurance First: develop, adjust, and oversee intricate test suites utilizing Jest to uphold a highly automated, resilient testing environment.

• Global Collaboration: partner closely with cross-functional, international teams (mobile, QA, product) to deliver comprehensive, high-impact solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong System Design: demonstrated experience in architecting scalable, resilient backend systems, database schemas (specifically with PostgreSQL), and robust APIs using Go.

• Frontend Architecture Expertise: extensive knowledge of React, state management, and component-driven architecture.

• Real-Time Protocols: hands-on experience with high-performance real-time communication protocols, particularly gRPC and WebRTC.

• AI-Augmented Development Experience: practical use of AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and an understanding of Agentic Workflows (decomposing complex architectural goals into actionable prompts/tasks for AI).

• Test-Driven Development Background: solid experience in constructing automated test environments and writing/modifying complex tests using Jest.

• Advanced English Fluency: capability to communicate effectively and confidently with international clients and global teams, both verbally and in writing.
