• In the role of Senior Software Engineer (Back-End), you will act as a technical leader, taking charge of intricate software solutions and making architectural choices.
• Your duties will include designing, developing, and delivering high-quality, scalable back-end systems.
• This position involves contributing to the technical strategy, leading the implementation of important services, and aligning engineering execution with business goals, all while fostering strong collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead the design and execution of back-end features with a strong emphasis on performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and offer insights on technical strategy and direction.
• Establish and maintain coding standards, best practices, and testing methodologies within the team.
• Perform code reviews and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
• Diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues with innovative solutions.
• Promote performance optimization and ensure that systems are both scalable and secure.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and evaluate new technologies for potential adoption.
• Take responsibility for complex back-end deliverables and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
• Provide technical estimations and contributions for sprint planning and milestones.
• Collaborate efficiently with front-end, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Engage in agile ceremonies and make sure technical aspects are well represented.
• Assist with deployment and release management through thorough validation and testing.
• Manage technical debt while sustaining a consistent delivery pace.
• Engage in technical discussions with clients to gather requirements and offer solutions.
• Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation and design specifications.
• Support pre-sales efforts through technical expertise, demonstrations, and consultations.
• Transform business requirements into scalable and maintainable back-end implementations.
• Provide feasibility assessments and insights on timelines and resource requirements.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and contribute to long-term satisfaction through technical excellence.

• Over 7 years of substantial experience in back-end development.
• Profound expertise in Spring Boot (Java and/or Kotlin).
• Strong knowledge of database technologies, including query optimization and schema design.
• Practical experience with Cloud Services such as Azure or AWS (compute, storage, networking, managed databases).
• Proven track record in designing and implementing microservices architectures and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), serverless architectures, and CI/CD pipeline development.
• Strong understanding of security best practices, performance optimization, and system reliability.
• Demonstrated experience in leading technical projects and mentoring teams.
• Excellent English communication skills with experience in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Java, or cloud architecture) are an advantage.
