This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Take ownership of the B2B Roadmap: Establish the product strategy and roadmap for ScholarshipOwl for Business, focusing on features that yield measurable ROI for brands.
• Collaborate with Sales: Partner closely with the Sales team to comprehend customer challenges, assess market needs, and ensure the product facilitates a high-touch sales process.
• Propel Product Strategy: Transition from execution to defining what we build and why, guaranteeing our B2B ecosystem is scalable, user-friendly, and competitive.
• Perform Ongoing Discovery: Engage with internal stakeholders and external brand partners to validate new campaign models and features.
• Improve the Brand Experience: Oversee the creation of campaign development tools, targeting/segmentation engines, and real-time analytics dashboards.
• Collaborate Across Functions: Lead a dedicated team of engineers and designers to deliver high-quality releases in an agile, fast-paced setting.
• Utilize AI: Identify chances to incorporate AI/ML for automating campaign optimization and improving student-brand matching.
• A minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience, particularly in the B2B/SaaS domain.
• Strategic Ownership: Demonstrated history of managing a product roadmap from inception to launch, preferably in an early-stage or "0 to 1" setting.
• Sales Collaboration: Experience working directly with Sales teams to synchronize product development with commercial insights and revenue objectives.
• Analytical Approach: Comfortable analyzing data to pinpoint friction points and identify opportunities for platform enhancement.
• Understanding B2B Dynamics: Acknowledges that developing for businesses necessitates a focus on reliability, reporting, and clear value presentation.
• Lean & Resourceful: Skilled at launching MVP versions to rapidly test hypotheses without compromising long-term scalability.
