This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and scaling intelligent workflow automation solutions that enhance business operations.
• You will work closely with business stakeholders to pinpoint high-impact automation opportunities, then design and implement solutions that significantly decrease manual effort, enhance accuracy, and expedite business processes.
• Additionally, you will take charge of creating the automation platform and the framework that facilitates the organization's ability to expand automation adoption across various departments.
• Design and execute comprehensive automated workflows that span multiple systems, departments, and data sources;
• Integrate RPA, AI/ML, API orchestration, and event-driven automation to develop intelligent, adaptive workflows;
• Execute AI-enhanced automation: incorporate LLMs for document comprehension, natural language processing for emails/tickets, intelligent data extraction (OCR + NLP), and decision support;
• Enforce RPA governance: manage bot lifecycle, credential oversight, execution scheduling, and audit logging;
• Over 6 years of experience in automation engineering, with a minimum of 3 years working with enterprise RPA platforms and workflow automation;
• Practical experience with at least one leading RPA platform: UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism;
• Proficient programming skills in Python and at least one of the following languages: C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or PowerShell;
• Experience in designing and implementing comprehensive automated workflows across various systems and data sources;
• Hands-on experience with API integration: REST APIs, SOAP, GraphQL, webhook handlers, and authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, API keys);
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration platforms: Temporal, Apache Airflow, Prefect, n8n, or similar;
• Strong analytical abilities: capable of breaking down complex business processes, identifying optimization possibilities, and quantifying automation ROI;
• Experience with database systems (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and data management for automation workflows;
• Solid grasp of CI/CD practices, version control (Git), and automated testing;
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken;
• Demonstrated experience on international projects, including collaboration with global and multicultural teams;
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
