Junior AI and Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Construct, configure, and enhance AI agents utilizing Glean, Copilot, and AWS Bedrock.

• Apply RAG patterns, prompt engineering, and structured output processes as necessary.

• Incorporate enterprise data sources (SharePoint, Dynamics, Confluence, ADO, Fabric) into AI solutions.

• Create and sustain reusable components, APIs, and automation modules for AI-driven applications.

• Produce clean, maintainable code using contemporary programming languages (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, C#, or similar).

• Design and build microservices, APIs, and serverless functions to facilitate AI and automation processes.

• Develop automations utilizing enterprise tools (e.g., Power Automate, custom APIs, scripting).

• Adhere to engineering best practices, including CI/CD, version control, unit testing, and documentation.

• Execute and uphold integrations between AI platforms and enterprise systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in software engineering, automation development, or AI engineering.

• Practical experience with at least two enterprise AI platforms (Preferred): Glean AI, Microsoft Copilot, AWS Bedrock, or comparable LLM frameworks.

• Proficient programming skills in one or more modern languages (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Java, Go, etc.).

• Experience in building APIs, integrating data sources, and working with cloud services (Azure, AWS).

• Knowledge of version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and contemporary DevOps practices.

• Capability to analyze complex technical challenges and deliver high-quality solutions.
