Mid/Senior Automation Engineer, Python

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Development and maintenance of an AI assistant dedicated to the Customer Experience domain.

• Designing and implementing API integrations and data flows (data piping).

• Creating backend logic in Python utilizing GraphQL.

• Building and enhancing AI agents based on Agentic AI architectures (LangGraph/LangChain).

• Implementing tool-calling execution mechanisms within the agent system.

• Mapping complex business rules (such as eligibility for returns and commissions) into programming logic.

• Collaborating with the Customer Experience team to identify and automate business processes.

• Ensuring quality, scalability, and security of the developed solutions.

• Participating in code reviews and documenting implemented solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of commercial experience in a similar role for mid-level and 5 years for senior-level positions.

• Strong experience in API integration, data flows (data piping), and backend development (Python, GraphQL).

• Familiarity with Agentic AI architectures (LangGraph/LangChain) and executing tool-calling.

• Ability to map complex business rules (e.g., eligibility for returns/commissions) into programming logic.

• Fluent in Polish.

• Availability to start the project from July.
