• Minimum of 5-8+ years of experience as a Senior Developer.

• Strong proficiency in UiPath development and enterprise process automation solutions.

• Advanced programming capabilities in .NET, Python, and related technologies.

• Experience in leading development teams and mentoring junior developers.

• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Proven success in delivering complex enterprise solutions.

• Expertise in code optimization and performance tuning.

• Knowledge of AI/ML technologies is preferred.
