Senior Auto Glass Installation Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Perform windshield and auto glass installations either in our workshop or via a mobile service unit.

• Calibrate vehicle electronics, including ADAS systems, Lane Departure Warning, Forward Collision Alert, and more.

• Fix chips and various types of glass damage.

• Engage with customers to guarantee satisfaction with the quality of work provided.

• Handle payment processing for mobile clients.

• Uphold a professional appearance and maintain a positive demeanor.

• Deliver World Class customer service to our esteemed customers and vendors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive glass installation.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.

• Expertise in managing and working with various types of automotive glass.

• Comprehensive understanding of auto mechanic tools, equipment, and techniques applicable to glass repair and replacement.

• Capability to read and interpret technical specifications.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Strong critical thinking abilities and attention to detail.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
