Senior Auditor, Licensed CPA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and oversee audit engagements independently, from initiation to completion.

• Guide and mentor two junior audit staff members.

• Perform audits for both commercial and non-profit clients across diverse sectors.

• Handle 15-20+ simultaneous audit engagements, with a workload that varies seasonally.

• Carry out audit tasks utilizing AuditFile and AuditSight software.

• Work collaboratively with the internal tax team on integrated engagements.

• Execute additional related accounting tasks (such as tax).

• Maintain consistent communication with audit leadership through regular check-ins every other day.

• Keep abreast of audit standards, best practices, and new technologies that influence audit workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active CPA license in good standing.

• At least 5+ years of audit experience with a mid-to-large accounting firm.

• Demonstrated capability to independently lead audit engagements.

• Experience in supervising junior staff members.

• Strong comprehension of audit methodologies across various industries.

• Familiarity with audit software (preferably AuditFile or similar platforms, though not mandatory).

• Proficient in English.

• High adaptability and a willingness to thrive in a technology-driven audit landscape.
